I am a techie 💾 by heart, I love anything and all things ⚙️ tech. I love to tinker 🛠 with technology and 📚🤓 learn more. I graduated from California State University, Sacramento in May of 2018 with a Bachelor of Science in 💻 Computer Engineering 🖥 and have taken online software 💽 courses.

Designed and implemented dynamic field validation system using Custom Metadata in Apex triggers, ensuring data accuracy and calculating completed fields.

Developed customized step-by-step flows in Experience Cloud with LWC and Apex, enabling seamless navigation and file uploading, including file ingestion functionality.

Created intricate Apex helper classes for Case and Action Plan creation, ensuring sequential execution and triggering based on set of steps.

Electronics Test Technician, June 2018 - November 2018

Working with Apple Computer Inc. in Elk Grove, CA through a Contractor.

Job duties include testing, troubleshooting, repairing, and replacing of Apple devices from End Users.

Capturing fraud units with many Apple frauds check methods, including X-Ray.

Working with a small team to get units tested and replaced while also working on special projects as needed by Apple.
