I am a techie 💾 by heart, I love anything and all things ⚙️ tech. I love to tinker 🛠 with technology and 📚🤓 learn more. I graduated from California State University, Sacramento in May of 2018 with a Bachelor of Science in 💻 Computer Engineering 🖥 and have taken online software 💽 courses.

I have experience with a many different softwares and frameworks along with around 8+ years of projects and technical work 👨🏼‍💻 experience.

• Developed and implemented scalable Salesforce solutions for clients, focusing on Financial Services Cloud, using Apex, LWC, Flows, and OmniScripts, with a strong emphasis on reusability.
• Engineered complex systems like file ingestion using scheduled batch classes and Bulk API, and dynamic field validation using Custom Metadata in Apex triggers, enhancing data accuracy and processing efficiency.
• Led and mentored development teams in complex Salesforce projects, ensuring adherence to best practices and successful project execution.
• Pioneered innovative Salesforce solutions, driving system enhancements and ensuring optimal performance, while proactively identifying and resolving complex technical challenges.

Working with Apple Computer Inc. in Elk Grove, CA through a Contractor.

• Job duties include testing, troubleshooting, repairing, and replacing of Apple devices from End Users.
• Capturing fraud units with many Apple frauds check methods, including X-Ray.
• Working with a small team to get units tested and replaced while also working on special projects as needed by Apple.
